Who thought it would be a good idea to get a cat?

We got the cat so it would catch mice and rodents and snakes, but the only thing it has caught is... worms.

The cat has worms.

Ugh.

I thought so, and as soon as I found out it was true, I wanted to run to the bathroom and wash my hands ten times. And then another ten times. Only, Greg got there first.

The problem is that now I am paranoid that Cosette's off-and-on fever, hives, and cough-- are all symptoms of roundworm infection. Double Ugh. I think I will be calling the pediatrician on monday... just to be sure.

All I can say is, it is going to be a long time before I eat a bowl a spaghetti.
