Kelli tagged me a while ago, and I'm finally getting around to posting this. So, here goes:
Four jobs I’ve had
1. Research Assistant.
2. Spinner. What, you don't know what that is? Fellow spinner Kim explains it well.
3. Business manager at mom's craft store.
4. Video store clerk.
Four movies I can watch over and over
1. Pride and Prejudice. The BBC version with Colin Firth.
2. Dirty Dancing. (Baby's going to Mount Holyoke in the fall.)(Sidebar: when they tried to re-create the final dance scene on Dancing With the Stars, it was just cheesy cheesy cheesy. It only looks good when Patrick Swayze does it.)
3. Finding Nemo. I watch this with Juliette and I still laugh.
4. The Breakfast Club. And Sixteen Candles. And to a lesser extent, Pretty in Pink. (Jon Cryer will always be Ducky to me). In my mind, those all count as one movie.
Four TV shows I love
1. Lost
2. American Idol. I can't help it. I keep getting sucked in. I still mourne the ousting of Constantine in Season 4, though.
3. Grey's Anatomy.
4. Scrubs.
Four of my favorite books.
1. Les Miserables. Yes, I know its a musical, but the book came first. I am the dork who read it- twice- although I skipped a lot of the politics/war stuff. Get to the love story, I say.
2. Pride and Prejudice. This title also falls under my favorite movies category.
3. The whole "Wheel of Time" series. Is it too embarassing to list that?
4. ?
Four places I’ve vacationed
1. Tuscany
2. San Diego
3. Clark's Island
4. Florida
Four of my favorite dishes.
1. Ziti with fresh sauce.
2. PannePomodoro.
3. Cheeseburger and fries.
4. Any dinner that I don't have to cook.
Four sites I visit daily.
1. House of Prince.
2. Kelli's Musings.
3. The Reign of Ellen
4. Dad Gone Mad.
Four places I would rather be right now.
1. Playing with my girls.
2. Shopping.
3. Sleeping.
4. At a spa.

oh totally with you on the BBC pride and prejudice BUT what a coincidence that i read this today for i have rented the NEW version to watch tonight which i vowed i would not ever do. ever. i am giving in to the hype. i hope i don't implode from the stress at the thought of my favorite book and movie being ruined by this newbie!
I don't know why my comment didn't get published the other day. I was commenting on the potty training and Juliette's bad aim. We throw Cheerios in the potty for "target practice." It's supposed to work for boys. I'm happier when Aidan sits though. I'm going through all the same things. Pee and poop everywhere and TONS of laundry!!
I am WITH you on Colin Firth. Thanks for stopping by the Kingdom! Glad to have found your site!
Hey!
Glad you answered the tagging! I totally agree with you about BBC's Pride & Prejudice (oh & dreamy Colin Firth) I used to have sleepovers w/ girlfriends in high school, we'd rent that video, & watch the whole thing over & over.
Makes it hard to get behind the new version...b/c everyone knows the real Mr. Darcy is Colin!
You have to read I know this much is true by Wally Lamb. It's on my favorites list.....
Can I say again that I LOVE the pictures. Whenever I'm stressed or overwhelmed or seriously irritated with my kids I click and scroll and look at Cosette's messy face and Juliette's adorable smile and everything is right again! :)
