By the time the room mother got to me, there were only two things left to make for the Thanksgiving Feast; "A nut free dessert", or Mashed potatoes. I decided to leave it up to some other mother how to transport mashed potatoes to a classroom at 8 am, so that they would still be appealing at noon. (haha, no pun intended!). So dessert it was. And so we made....
Take a fudge stripe cookie; place it upside down. Use a toothpick to dip a marshmallow in melted chocolate chips, and use a second toothpick to plop it onto the cookie. After everything cools, draw the buckle with decorators icing, and voila! Single serving sized, easy to transport, and what kid doesn't like chocolate and marshmallow?

I have to remember all of these great desserts when I'm doing this stuff for Aliza. These are awesome!
I am impressed-they are very cute.
Well done! If I get the time I will make these. I went to six stores this weekend and could not find chocolate turkeys anywhere. It's un-American!
Wow! You are always so creative in the kitchen.. BRAVA!
