A kink in the routine.

After our Pier 1 Shopping Disaster of 2010, things seemed to quiet down and settle into a happy routine.  It seems we all realigned with our place in the household, with Mommy firmly on top. But just when things are running smoothly, guess what happens to throw a kink in our plans....


SCHOOL!

Juliette took the bus in for her first day of second grade, while I accompanied Cosette to her first visit at Kindergarten.  Tomorrow is the ultimate excitement though: they both get to take the bus in the morning!

Cool customer.  This is old hat for her.  We've come a long way in two years.

Cosette is rockin' it like a star.  Fortunately her boyfriend from daycare

 is in her class, so she didn't need me.
